What is your shipping Policy?
Free shipping in Continental USA on all images in the "Shop Art" store. Some images with unusual dimensions such as images over 40x60" may require being shipped by freight due to the large size or unusual dimensions and some shipping charges might apply. Delivery is usually in approximately 2 weeks. 1 week for production time and 7-10 days for ground delivery depending on distance shipped from the west coast. Original art and limited edition shipping cost are based on the shipping companies requirements for packaging, insuring, and shipping.. We use various shipping services and always work to find the best service at the most cost effective price. Usual delivery times are 2-3 weeks depending on size, distance, etc for ground transportation of the Original Art pieces. If you have any questions about shipping your purchase please call us and we can discuss options available and any shipping specifics or concerns you might have. We are here to help you and make your purchase of our fine art pieces an exciting and enjoyable experience and as seamless as possible. Limited Edition Print shipment is pretty straight forward. For most image sizes this can be delivered rolled up in a ridged tube allowing quick and easy shipment,

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
All sales are final. There are several reasons for this. First, we want you to be completely satisfied when you purchase an item with us. It is a big decision to purchase a piece of art for your home. We always encourage people to come into the gallery and view the images in person so they can experience the art personally. But because that is difficult for most people we provide several services to help you in this decision process and address any potential areas of concerns. These special services include online viewing, enlarged view, wall preview viewing, as well as AR viewing thru your phone to see how the image will actually look on any wall you were thinking about placing it in your home; all there to assist you in your decision making process. And we are always here to answer any questions you might have before you make that all important decision to invest in a beautiful image or original piece of art.
Limited Edition prints are personally reviewed and printed by me on the top of the line professional large format printer using the highest quality fine art papers and archival inks providing superior quality and control in the reproduction of the limited number of prints produced for that image. The shop art images are fulfilled through a printing production vendor. These are custom made prints and because of this they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. However, if a package arrives damaged, open it while the delivery company is there to confirm if the image is OK or damaged. These images are packaged extremely well to protect them in transportation. However, if in the rare situation it is damaged follow the shippers instruction for return due to damage and notify us as well. If the package was delivered in your absence, please take photos of damage to the container before opening and if after opening the package there is damage to the image, photo document that as well. Contact us and we will assist in making arrangement for a replacement to be shipped,
Original art purchases are usually delivered to the shipping company by the end of day. If they have been received by the shipping company the order cannot be cancelled. If we are able to cancel an order before shipment there would be a 18% restocking fee due to transactions fees we are charged at the time of the purchase that are not refundable to us.
