Restaurants, pubs, coffee shop, waterfront activity all just a few steps away.

$60 Cleaning Fee
$20.00 Pet Fee per night, per pet; 20 lbs or less
Daily rate: $125/night. 3 night minimum + Maine lodging tax
Weekly rate: $106/night ( 15% discount for weekly rentals) + Maine lodging tax
Monthly rate: $100/night (20% discount for monthly rentals- 28 days or more) with weekly cleaning/towel and sheet change + Maine lodging tax
